Adam Lorenti and Be-Nazeer were married on the 7th of January 2012 in the Mazenod College Chapel in Lesmurdie, Western Australia. This wedding celebration was the second one celebrated by the couple in the space of a month with a traditional Rwandan style wedding being celebrated with Be-Nazeer’s family in Rwanda prior to them flying out to Perth to celebrate a Catholic ceremony Adam’s family, members of Be-Nazeer’s family and close friends some of whom travelled from around the world to join in the celebration.
The Wedding Music Planner was contacted via email by Adam in early 2011 with an enquiry into the hiring of music for their wedding ceremony and wedding reception. Adam and Be-Nazeer were currently working in Toronto in Canada which meant that they had limited access to available musicians and entertainers plus hands on planning time in the lead up to their wedding day. After consultation and a variety of options being presented Adam decided that for the wedding ceremony they would like to hire a solo violinist to be able to provide music for as the guests arrive prior to the ceremony, the bridal entrance, signing of the register and the recessional song.
Joseph Pullella, a talented a versatile young violinist, was booked for this wedding ceremony. His ability and experience at playing at weddings plus his diverse repertoire and easy going nature made him the perfect choice for Adam and Be-Nazeer’s big day.
After many meetings via email and an online meeting via Skype Adam and Be-Nazeer had passed all the necessary details onto Simon and the Wedding Music Planner team including song selections, the order of the ceremony and contact details for liaison people in Perth, that being Adam’s mother and sister.
The Wedding Ceremony was scheduled to commence at 2:00pm in the Mazenod College chapel. Joseph arrived and started setting an intimate and sophisticated atmosphere for the day with renditions of Bach’s Cello Suite No. 1 and Vivali’s “The Four Seasonsâ€. At 2:05pm the Bridal Party entered to the sounds of “Cannon in Dâ€, Be-Nazeer looking stunning in her bridal gown.
The entire ceremony had a very relaxed and family orientation to it with the priest greeting both family and friends who had gathered from around the world and also sharing Adam and Be-Nazeer’s meeting story that occurred on the other side of the globe.
After the candle ceremony Joseph played the song “Con te Paritoâ€Â as Adam, Be_Nazeer and the bridal party signed the official documents before performing a solo / self accompanied version of “Can’t Help Falling in Love With You†for the bridal party to leave the church to.
Thanks and congratulations to Adam and Be-Nazeer for the opportunity to help celebrate your special day. We wish you a long and happy life together.
