The planning of your music entertainment for your wedding ceremony and reception is only one of many elements that can need a considerable amount of time and planning in the organisational process. From our years of experience in the wedding industry we have comprised a complete management service to look after the fine details of the organisational and execution of your wedding ceremony music.

All of our bookings* include one meeting and monthly email updates for a fee of $150 or for weddings where the total entertainment is over $2000 a 15% fee of the total bill will be applied. This once off fee is calculated out on the amount of time we will need to ensure that your wedding day music is organised and presented in a professional and excellent manner with a minimum of stress and fuss to the bride and groom.

Standard

• A one hour meeting to confirm details and cater what we can offer to your specific needs and to present various options for your wedding day.

Additional Premium Levels of Management and Organisation

In addition to the standard music management services given with every booking made with the Wedding Music Planner we have various levels of Premium Management Services. These services, charged in addition to the standard management fee, are designed to give brides and grooms full control of their wedding music whilst reducing the amount of time they need to spend on the finer points that can waste a lot of valuable time and cause unnecessary stress.

Bronze

• A one hour meeting to confirm details and cater services to your specific needs.
• Monthly email update on progress of bookings developments.
• Organisation of band and entertainment specific requirements
• Liaising via email with the venue into setup and pack down times for the evening and restrictions on the use of power equipment.

Silver

• 2 x one hour meetings
  • 1st to confirm all details and cater service to your specific needs
  • 2nd in the fortnight leading up to the event day to ensure all details are covered and all preparation has been covered.
• Fortnightly email update on progress of bookings
• Organisation of band and entertainment specific requirements
• Guaranteed response inside a week (7 days) to all email correspondence and 4 days for all phone calls.
• Liaising via email and phone with the venue co-ordinator into all technical requirements and venue restrictions (eg. sound and power) as well as setup and pack down times and floor plans for the evening.

Gold

• 3 x one hour meetings
  • 1st to confirm all details and cater service to your specific needs
  • 2nd midway through the preparation.
  • 3rd in the fortnight leading up to the event day to ensure all details are covered and all preparation has been covered Visit to the venue to meet with venue coordinator (initial contact needed by the birde or groom).
• Fortnightly email update into the
• Guaranteed response inside the working week (5 working days) to all email correspondence and 3 days for all phone calls.
• Organisation of band and entertainment specific requirements
• Liaising via email and phone with the venue co-ordinator into all technical requirements and venue restrictions (eg. sound and power) as well as setup and pack down times and floor plans for the evening.
• Dinner voucher to the value of $75 at selected restaurants.

Platinum

• 4 x one hour meetings
  • 1st to confirm all details and cater service to your specific needs
  • 2nd midway through the preparation, where possible the entertainer will be in attendance as well.
  • 3rd with a representative of the entertainment hired for face to face meeting.
  • 4th in the fortnight leading up to the event day to ensure all details are covered and all preparation has been covered
• Weekly email updates into progress of all facets of planning.
• Guaranteed response inside 48 hours to all correspondence made by email or phone.
• Organisation of band and entertainment specific requirements
• Visit to the venue to meet with venue coordinator (initial contact needed by the bride or groom).
• Liaising via email and phone with the venue co-ordinator into all technical requirements and venue restrictions (eg. sound and power) as well as setup and pack down times and floor plans for the evening.
• Dinner voucher to the value of $75 at selected restaurants.
